Shri Parshvanath Digambar Jain Atishya Kshetra Sawargaon is situated in the centre of village - Sawargaon, in district Osmanabad. This Kshetra is about 1200 years old. It is said to have been constructed in Hemarpanthi Style. In this Temple principal deity is Bhagwan Parshvanath’s black idol 4 ¼ ft. high in Padmasana posture. This idol is very miraculous and attractive. It is said that this idol was hidden under the ground near the temple. About 200 Yrs ago a Pandit Bapudas saw this idol in his dream. He then dug the land as per the instructions in his dream and recovered this magnificent idol and reverenced the idol in the Temple. There is a Sabha Mandapa also in this Temple and on both sides of Sabha Mandapa ancient and magnificent ManStambha are standing.
